What a great band. They brought so much fuel to the fire of my youth. I’ll commit this to my digital music library and then off it goes.

I have not a clue where this came from.  Possibly attached to a larger holiday gift or as a give away.  When used, the LED emits a pretty bright blue, great for seeing the lock you’re trying to open with your keys.  But I never got the concept of having this as your keychain and having to fumble with it as you’re trying to open your door.  Plus, every cell phone has some kind of flashlight app, so I’m covered.

I think my father gave this card reader to me.  Possibly a gift from one of his trips to Atlantic City.  I can’t remember.  It never worked 100% reliably, so no need to keep it around hoping it will decide to get with the program.  Plus, I imagine it won’t read many of today’s cards, which are much faster than the cards of old.

An old lighter.  Still has fluid.  I think there are another one or two lighters hanging around, so I’ll thin out the pack.  Plus, I prefer matches these days anyway….

A wooden coin given to me at a party about a decade ago by the New York City artist Nilsen.  I remember being perplexed when handed the coin, but intrigued enough to keep it all this time.  I’m now ready to part with it.  Adios coin.
