Months later, I’ve finally finished The Hunger Games trilogy. I think book two was my favorite, and I’m excited to see how they handle the movie. Deana and I just watched The Hunger Games the other night (actually two nights) and I thought it was enjoyable, although the movie seems to have been made with people who read the book in mind. I don’t think I would have liked it had I not read the books. They crammed too much together and removed some of the voyeur/tribute element for my taste. I would have liked more depth. But then Deana reminded me this series is for a slightly younger crowd, and I let my grievances go.
Anyway…who wants a book?
