Screws and parts for children’s play kitchen.

*Catching up on 1/7/13*

Merry Christmas y’all.

I’m writing this post on 1/7/13, because on the 25th I was at my parent’s home in Ellenville celebrating Hanukkah on Christmas while eating food appropriate for Thanksgiving.  My aunt and uncle always host Hanukkah celebrations, and we usually gather on Christmas because nobody has work that day.  My cousins are there and it’s a present fest.  The past few years we’ve introduced Bingo, which has been awesome.  This year my cousin Hunter was in Miami, so he played via Facetime on Carin’s iPad.  I can’t believe I just wrote that last sentence.

Nothing special to say about these spare parts.  They belong to Anabelle’s (and soon-to-be Lucinda’s) play kitchen.  When I put together the unit I was missing a screw, but instead of just sending the one, they had to send an entire set because that’s how they package the screws.  What a waste.  We received the kitchen about 4 years ago, and I’ve had these in my toolbox ever since.  I’m sure the moment I get rid of them I’ll need every one of these screws.
